Credit Law
Our team has developed a comprehensive understanding of the National Credit Act, arguably one of the most important pieces of legislation in South Africa. Furthermore, our team has an understanding of applicable principles of contract law and a variety of specific contracts, such as ordinary loans, mortgage agreements, instalment sale agreements, leases of movables, secured transactions, suretyships and incidental credit agreements.
